Stop Male Hair Loss Naturally?

It is painful for many men among us; Standing in front of the mirror in the morning and seeing that your hairline went up a bit more….AGAIN! If it is going at this rate, you will be bald this time next year!! But don’t fear, there are many things you can do to stop this fast declining hairline that reveals your scalp.

There are medical and natural things you can do. In this article we will focus on the natural ways to stop male hair loss that is actually a medical condition called Androgenic Alopecia (AGA).

1. Use Palmetto

There is a herb called palmetto that has no side effects and that works even better than the prescription drugs for this condition. It contains palmetto berry, and a handful of other herbs that make sure that your hair loss will stop and that your hair maybe even grows back!

2. Avoid Stress

Stress is a reason for hair loss. When you are in a stress mode, you get the typical fight or flight response. This is not bad for you if it happens every now and then, but if you are under constant stress, your body will stay stuck in the fight or flight response and will only pump adrenaline through your blood, and will focus on the fact that you have to go through and not stop whatever happens. When that happens, your body will neglect the rest of your body and hair loss is one of the factors you will see happening, the same as that you will lose weight and your nails become brittle. Stop the stress in your life (or when that is not possible, at least try to have less stress in your life) and your hair loss might stop.

3. Keep a Healthy Diet

A healthy diet (you’ve heard it so many times before) is also a reason you might experience hair loss. A diet that is high in fat, salt and protein is bad for you as it will damage your kidneys. A vitamin deficiency (low in vitamins) is also a common cause for hair loss.
Now when you are sure that you eat a healthy diet with not much fat, salt and protein and you get your daily dose of vitamins (whether through food, vitamin pills or both) then there might be another reason that you experience hair loss.

4. Avoid Using Chemicals

Another reason that you may experience hair loss is the use of chemicals like hair dye on your hair. Also, extremely harsh shampoos or gels might be the reason that you experience hair loss. Stop using these products and your hair loss will stop as well.

As you can see, there are many reasons why hair loss can occur. If you’ve tried all these options that I named in this article and you still experience a declining hair line, then it might be time to visit your doctor so you can be sure that you don’t have an illness that causes you to lose your hair.
